I'm really excited about some of the awesome silk pieces from the 1940s I got for the shop this spring. Look at this amazing bustle detail:
I think the bronze and bold blue color combo on this gown is so amazing and the little ruffle detail on the neckline is perfect!
These two pretty silk blouses looked as if they had never been worn and had spent there whole lives folded on a shelf- no more! Their labels indicate that they were actually made in pre-communist China which is pretty cool too.
This lavender silk cape belonged to the wife of a famous accordion maker in Houston. Its so unusual and I think it would make any outfit look more special.
